Joining the horsey set

The annual Horse Show in Dublin'sRDS, is fast approaching. Ladie's Day is scheduled to fall on August 6th and I'm seriously thinking of giving it a lash. All depends on the nerves holding up and of course, in these recessionary times, everything must be done within [limited] budget.
--A quick check list, = Dress, shoes, hat, clutch/bag and unless a miracle happens with our weather, an umbrella.

I'm a frequent visitor to Manchester. On one of my trips there, I paid a visit to Lisa and Zara at Transfixed. Right next door to their , "state of the art", salon in Beehive Mill, is the FireFly photography studio. I spent a wonderful Sunday afternoon there, getting a makeover from the girls and then onto Carina to get in front of her magic lense. A great experience, that I would highly recommend.

Everyone is doing it but me

Everyone who is anyone is the proud possessor of a , "Blog" and I don't want to be left out of the action. I hope to use this space to tell the world, or more accurately, the tiny minority who might be interested, about my obsession with fashion, my frequent journeys to Manchester and various other activities that capture my interest, most notably, travel and ballroom dancing.
